Customer Relationship Management Learning; 50-Day Challenge
I am excited to embark on a 50-day challenge of learning and honing my skills. I will be focusing on design and CRM-related tools.
At the top of my list in the next fifty days is mastering Salesforce, Hubspot, and Zoho CRM software.
They all remained a renowned platform for effective customer relationship management over the years.
To start with, among the three is Salesforce...
Salesforce is a web-based tool used to gather data from all sources to enable you to act on it using automation and AI, all in a single CRM platform.
This makes it easier to close more deals, explore customer relationships, achieve customer success, and find more prospects.
There are many features required of CRM platforms, but Salesforce is best used to achieve the following benefits:
Tracking business development activities of salespeople. Eg., cold calls, messages, email marketing, contacts, opportunities, and cases.
Report on customer interaction: Preparing a real-time analysis of the interaction between the human assets of an organisation.
Report on the effectiveness of marketing activities: It makes strategy tracking easier, which helps an organisation distinguish a better strategy.
Collaboration between the organisation's human assets: This feature is especially interesting due to its limitless data metrics available to create a contact, which makes decision-making effective for different departments and promotes seamless data sharing.
I am not afraid to admit that I thought Salesforce's platform navigation was incredible with @simplilearn video on YouTube Watch here:
A company's sustainability and profitability are significantly impacted by the distance between it and its customers in today's business environment.
Therefore, it's essential to channel the right energy and resources to achieve the company's objectives.
